After you've had a chance to view the investment guide, the next step is to hop on a phone call to discuss your goals for your portraits! It's so important for us to connect in real time to make sure we're a perfect fit and on the same page about your portrait vision.
After the consultation, you'll receive a booking proposal so that you're officially on the calendar.
PREP & PLANNING
Once you're booked in, I'll send over a questionnaire and prep guide to help us begin to bring your session dreams to life! I'm here to help with selecting wardrobe, styling elements, and the perfect location.
My goal is to help my families get authentic, beautiful portraits that actually look and feel like them, through a process that's low-stress and rooted in connection.
SESSION DAY
The big day is finally here! I know it can be overwhelming just getting to the portrait session, but don't worry - this is going to be fun! While we'll make sure to get the "everyone looking and smiling" photo, the majority of our time will be spent laughing, playing games, and snuggling up together. We'll also utilize breakouts to make sure kids (and dads) get a break from being in front of the camera.
REVEAL & ORDERING
The session is only the beginning! Two weeks later, we'll meet via Zoom to view your portraits together and most importantly - to decide what to do with them!
Whether you're interested in digital images, wall art, or storyteller albums, I'm here to help ensure your family's milestones are preserved perfectly.
HEIRLOOM DELIVERY
Seeing your images come to life in the form of artwork is my favorite part! Your heirlooms will be delivered approximately one month after your ordering session. You'll also receive the digital file for each image purchased, so that you can share online and make additional prints.

HOW DO WE BOOK?
The next step is to hop on a phone call! It's crucial for us to get a chance to connect in real time to discuss all of your portrait goals and make sure we're choosing the perfect collection for you. A signed contract and $290 retainer are due to officially reserve your place on the studio calendar.
HOW MANY IMAGES ARE IN A GALLERY?
This depends on so many factors! However, I find 50-60 images to be the perfect size for most galleries. I'm a huge believer in quality over quantity, so you can look forward to a thoughtful, well-curated gallery that perfectly tells your family's story.
do you travel?
Yes! I love to travel. We'll chat about any travel plans and associated fees during your consultation. Special pricing available for locations on my bucket list, such as southern California, Paris, Charleston, and Tuscany!
